MDS Counseling Center is a private, non-profit agency which provides counseling services and community programs to clients in the greater Denver area.  MDS is a non-profit because it is a training site for master's level students in their last year of graduate school.  These students provide low fee counseling to people who qualify.  The students also provide counseling services to the Denver public and private school systems.  The MDS private practice group supervises these graduate students. 

The MDS private practice group is seperate from the non-profit.  I am a member of the private practice group which  includes over 25  licensed psychotherapists who provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
