What does research say?
Did you know that 40 million (18%) American adults have anxiety? If you think you are the only one with anxiety & stress, please know you are not alone. Research has shown that exercise, nutrition, meditation, social relationships and therapy are effective tools to manage anxiety and depression. Seeking counseling, specifically cognitive-behavioral therapy, can help.
Do you have anxiety & depression?

Know the Signs of Depression
Sad, irritable, empty or anxious mood most of the time.
