You Are Not Alone

Did you know that 40 million (18%) American adults have an anxiety disorder? If you think you are the only one with anxiety & stress, please know you are not alone.  Seeking counseling, specifically CBT, can help you get your life back on track again.  You are not weak or crazy for attending therapy.   If you didn't know how to change a flat tire and refused to ask for help, that would seem problematic, wouldn't it?  The same is true for stress.  You may already know you have stress but may not have the answer for your particular problem.  Counseling can provide support and answers about life's challenges while it helps you reconnect to yourself again.   I invite you to consider the idea that attending therapy is like a workout for the brain.  We go to the gym to keep our bodies in shape.   Why not attend counseling to keep our minds in shape?

Do you have anxiety & depression?

Are you concerned that your lack of motivation and stress feels unmanagable? Approximately half of those diagnosed with anxiety are also depressed.
